There are fewer power adapters and cords to worry about! If the input voltage is between 48 and 57 volts, it can power 802.3at and af mode B compliant devices.

The gadget includes an SFP connection for optical fiber connectivity. It is inexpensive, tiny, and simple to operate, but it also has a very powerful 800MHz CPU capable of all the sophisticated setups that RouterOS allows.
